Hi there, Blogosphere!
Okay, so at the moment, noone is going to read this, but hopefully in the future someone might be interested about where this started...
I am a recent Cambridge graduate with a horrendous-mouthful-of-a-degree-title, "Archaeology and Anthropology with Management Studies Tripos". And after all that, somehow I found myself working in an HR Advisory function in the public sector.
I am relocating over the summer, and want something related to my "Great Passion" to keep my mind busy while I'm looking for employment and moving to a new city.
So what is my "Great Passion", you might ask...
Well, it's Employment Relations.
More specifically, I am going to focus largely on Reasonable Adjustments in the workplace, with a smattering of other Equality-related issues, some ET case law coverage, Employee Engagement and anything else that takes my fancy! I might branch out into OD and Learning... Maybe a bit of political commentary... Perhaps a bit of feminist theory... Or the odd nostalgic squeak about Cathedrals and Pot Fragments...
Hope you hang around for all the good stuff!
